Refund Policy
Last updated 25 July 2026
14-day money back. If Reactive Overlay isn't what you wanted, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to give a reason.
What's covered
- Your first purchase of a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan — refundable in full within 14 days.
- A renewal you didn't intend — if you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it and cancel the plan.
- A charge that is plainly wrong — a double charge, or a plan you never bought. Any time, no limit.
What isn't
- Requests more than 14 days after the charge, other than the plainly-wrong cases above.
- Partial refunds for time left on a period you've already used. Cancel instead, and your access runs to the end of what you've paid for.
- Repeated refund-and-repurchase of the same plan.
Before you ask for a refund
If something is broken rather than unwanted, please tell us — most problems are a controller not being detected by the browser, or an OBS Browser Source setting, and both are usually fixable in a couple of messages. We'd rather fix it. But we won't make you argue: if you still want the refund, you get it.
How to request one
Email support@reactiveoverlay.com from the address you bought with, or include your order reference. We reply within 3 business days.
Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders, Paddle issues the refund itself. It returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly about any order.
Cancelling instead
Cancelling is not the same as a refund: it stops future renewals and leaves your access running to the end of the period you've paid for. Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or email us and we'll do it.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks to resolve, and we will almost always have refunded you faster. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until it's settled.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have by law where you live, including the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK. Nothing here reduces them.
